All content on After Dark Access is editorial: written reviews, comparison data, logos and promotional artwork supplied by partners. We produce, host and distribute no sexually explicit material, so the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 do not apply to this site.
Third-party destinations
Every linked destination is independently operated. Each operator is solely responsible for its own 2257 compliance and maintains its own custodian of records, disclosed on its own site.
Age of performers
We only list platforms that publicly attest all performers were at least 18 years of age at the time of production. Any credible report to the contrary results in immediate delisting.
