We host no adult content, but we remove infringing material from our own pages promptly.

Scope

This site publishes editorial text, thumbnails and promotional artwork supplied by partners. Content on linked destinations is controlled by those operators — notices about it should be sent to them directly.

Submitting a notice

Email legal@afterdarkaccess.com with the URL of the material, a description of the copyrighted work, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorised agent.

Our response

Valid notices are actioned within 48 hours. We remove or disable the material and notify the partner that supplied it.

Counter-notices

If material was removed in error, send a counter-notice with the same contact details and a statement of good-faith belief. We will restore the material unless the original complainant files suit.

Repeat infringers

Partners that repeatedly supply infringing assets are removed from the directory permanently.
