We collect as little as possible and we never sell data. Here's the full picture.

What we store

Aggregate, anonymous outbound click counts so we can rank listings by genuine interest, and your email address only if you subscribe to the newsletter. We do not build advertising profiles.

What stays on your device

Age verification, favourites, recently viewed and comparison selections are stored in your browser's local storage. They never reach our servers and clearing your browser data removes them permanently.

Outbound links

When you click through to a partner we record the listing and the page the click came from. We do not record who you are. Once you land on the partner site, their privacy policy applies, not ours.

Newsletter

Your address is used only to send the newsletter you asked for. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing deletes your record.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing legal@afterdarkaccess.com. We respond within 30 days.
