Community & Content Policy

Everyone who appears in content on After Dark must be an adult and must have given documented, informed consent. Strictly prohibited: minors or anyone appearing to be a minor; non-consensual content of any kind; content produced through coercion, trafficking or exploitation; bestiality; incest themes; extreme violence; illegal drug sales; doxxing; impersonation; and any content unlawful where it is produced or viewed. Creators must keep records for every performer and produce them on request. See the 18 U.S.C. 2257 Records Notice. Enforcement: content may be removed and accounts suspended or terminated without notice. Serious violations are reported to the relevant authorities. Appeals go to the compliance address published in Settings.
