After Dark responds to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement. To file a notice, send the following to the compliance address published in Settings: your contact details, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact URL of the material you want removed, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act, and your physical or electronic signature. We remove or disable access to valid reported material promptly and notify the uploader, who may submit a counter-notice. Repeat infringers are terminated. Non-consensual intimate imagery is removed on an emergency basis and does not require a copyright claim — report it to the same address and mark it urgent.
