You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community & Content Policy. 3. Content and licence. Creators retain ownership of the content they upload or stream, and grant After Dark a non-exclusive licence to host, transcode, display and distribute it on the platform. 4. Payments. Purchases, subscriptions and tips are processed by our payment partners. Prices are shown before checkout. See Creator Terms & Payouts for revenue share and refunds. 5. Prohibited use. No non-consensual material, no minors, no illegal content, no scraping, no circumventing access controls. See the Community & Content Policy for the full list. 6. Disclaimers and liability. The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. 7. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform. Edit every clause in this page from the admin dashboard before launch, and have counsel review it.
