All models, actors, performers and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual depiction was created. After Dark operates as a platform for content uploaded and streamed by independent creators. With respect to user-generated content, After Dark is not the producer (primary or secondary) as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2257. Each creator is required to maintain the records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 and to produce them on request. Records requests and compliance enquiries should be directed to the compliance address published in Settings. Have counsel review and finalise this notice, including the designated custodian of records and mailing address, before launch.
