Why we collect it: to operate accounts and streams, verify eligibility, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. Legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where required. Sharing: with payment processors, hosting and streaming providers, and law enforcement where legally required. We do not sell personal data. Retention: account and compliance records are kept for as long as required by law; content is removed when you delete it, subject to backups and legal holds.
